Race Director - Ken Roach

I am looking forward in having you at this year's Heat Up for Fall event.  As most of you know, without a solid summer running plan, the Fall season can be a real drag.  What better way to run through the summer than attending good running events.   We will have top overall awards and age specific awards to give out at this race.
Our sponsor, Gotta Run, will be giving out the top overall awards and has hooked us up with some really cool shirts.  They have also used their contacts to convince HOKA ONE ONE  and MIZUNO to give out a free pair of specialty running shoes.
The proceeds of this race will be devoted to SMC's XC/TF program.  The majority of our athletes are In-State residents and there is a big need in supporting local athletes and programs.  Programs like this help keep the local running lifestyle strong!!
