$30 Entry Fee - Run all 3 races for 1 entry fee.  Just get to the starting line before the next start gun.  
$10 for all under 12 years old. 

JOIN IN ON THE FUN

Heat up for the fall racing season by running in this cross country event.  Located at the Milliken Aboretum in Spartanburg.  The course is a fantastic all grass surface which has been a host to many National Championship series races.   Each participant will receive a Cotton Blend T-Shirt Shirt ​and will be racing for other awards.

I am looking forward in having you at this year's Heat Up for Fall event.  As most of you know, without a solid summer running plan, the Fall season can be a real drag.  What better way to run through the summer than attending good running events.   We will have top overall awards and age specific awards to give out at this race.
